Get on #TheHighwayToMel

Mel was first behind a microphone in 1987 and voice overs soon followed. Mel has been working out of a home studio since 2006 but is comfortable working out of other studios as well.

Mel has worked in multiple capacities as a copywriter, producer, shooter, editor & director. Not only holding those positions for television and radio stations - but acting as an in-house one-man agency for private companies as well - casting other talents, renting gear, and outsourcing as needed to get the job done. With a network of professionals he’s counted on and who count on him, he may have the connections you need for your project.

It’s safe to say that Mel has seen it all (or at least most of it) and knows what you need to have done. Whether that needs to be recorded in your studio, remotely directed sessions, or with fully remote with creative direction from your team. Mel gets it done well, on time, and on budget.

Currently, Mel is working on a side project - The Boozebuddy Update. Born from a weekday radio program Mel hosts (on 106.7 WIZN 6 am - 10 am ET). In June 2021, Mel began sharing three stories each day focusing on adult beverages (like hard cider, craft beer, RTD cocktails, spirits, seltzers, and wine) that became the podcast. Find “The Boozebuddy Update” on your favorite podcasting app/platform or listen to the Audio Podcast here. You can also watch the video version on The Boozebuddy Update on YouTube.
